At Heatons Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home investment. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Our logistics partner will contact you within 3-5 business days to coordinate a convenient time for the item pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
